About
What ComplyMenu is
Short — one line.
ComplyMenu is digital food-safety record keeping for independent restaurants — the fix for the clipboard on the walk-in door.
Standard — one paragraph.
ComplyMenu replaces the paper compliance clipboard in independent restaurants. It handles temperature logs, cleaning checklists, corrective actions and staff certification tracking, computing what's due and what's overdue automatically so nothing depends on someone remembering. Records are timestamped, attributed to the person who logged them, and exportable as a CSV the moment an inspector asks. It runs in any browser on any tablet, needs no sensors or hardware, and costs a flat CA$129 per location per month with no per-employee fees.
Positioning.
Enterprise compliance platforms are built for chains and priced accordingly. ComplyMenu is deliberately single-purpose: it does the clipboard's job properly for one restaurant, without bundling scheduling, labelling or training that a small operator never asked for.

Logos & brand assets
Scalable SVG, which is what you want for print and for any size on screen. Right-click to save, or use the download button on each.
Usage
Logo usage
Please do
- Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of the carrot.
- Use the reversed wordmark on dark or photographic backgrounds.
- Scale proportionally — the SVGs are resolution-independent.
- Use the app icon on its own where the full wordmark won't fit.
Please don't
- Recolour the mark, or apply gradients, shadows or outlines.
- Stretch, squash, rotate or crop any part of it.
- Place the dark wordmark on a busy photo or a low-contrast colour.
- Rebuild the carrot, or substitute a different one.
Colour
Brand palette
Orange carries every action. Navy carries every heading. The two greens exist only inside the carrot's foliage — they are not interface colours.
Type
Brand typefaces
Three typefaces, each with one job: Fraunces for what you read first, Open Sans for what you read next, DM Mono for anything that's a number.
Used for every heading and page title. Its slightly bookish character is what keeps the product from reading like generic enterprise software.
Everything you read: paragraphs, labels, buttons, navigation. Chosen for legibility on a wall-mounted tablet at arm's length.
Every temperature, price and count. Tabular figures keep digits aligned in a column so readings can be scanned rather than read.
All three are open-source and self-hosted — ComplyMenu loads no fonts from any third-party CDN. Fraunces and DM Mono are available under the SIL Open Font License; Open Sans under the Apache License 2.0.
